2，被涂物要总保持接地状态：

被涂物一般由输送机接地，但吊具的接触部分如有涂料附着时会使导电不良，被涂物带电，易发生火花，成为火灾的原因；因此要定期实施吊具附着涂料的清除。

3，涂装室内的金属物体要全部接地：

涂装室内因高电压使喷涂机周围的空气离子化，不接地的金属物体带电后有发生火花的危险；因此在涂装室内的喷涂机安装台或安全栅等金属物质要确实连接地线。另外不使用的涂料罐、工具等金属物体请勿放置在涂装室内。

The indoor air in the painting room is ionized due to the high voltage, and the ungrounded metal objects are in danger of being sparkled after electrification. Therefore, the metal materials such as the spray installation or the safety barrier in the painting room must be connected to the ground wire. 4，作业时要空手操作静电喷枪：

静电喷枪的握把部分经控制箱接地。尽管如此，如带手套作业人体也会带电，如接触其他接地物体会受到电击；所以带手套作业时，手掌部分要开一个洞。

5，作业时要穿皮底鞋或静电鞋：

涂装室周围的空气离子化，如穿橡胶底或合成树脂底的鞋，人体也会带电，接触接有地线的安全物体时会受到电击；从事静电喷涂作业时为使静电不能滞留，须穿用静电鞋并要经常注意勿使涂料块附着在静电鞋上。

6，清洗喷嘴时必须将控制箱的电源开关关闭并将前端接地线后再进行；洗喷嘴时如发生高压静电，会成为火灾的原因。作业中断或作业结束时必须将电源开关关闭。

喷嘴时静电喷枪的生命，如使用金属刷子会损伤喷嘴，将不能得到均匀的喷雾状态，所以请使用随机附带的毛刷。

8，静电喷枪本体，高压电缆及软管类，请勿浸泡于溶剂内；静电喷涂机是电气机械，随便浸泡于溶剂内会成为故障原因。

8, electrostatic spray gun body, high voltage cable and hose, do not soak in the solvent; electrostatic spraying machine is electrical machinery, soak in the solvent casually, will become the cause of the failure.

9，高压电线及软管类请勿在地上拖拉，尽量吊挂在顶棚或墙壁上（使用静电喷枪时涂料软管要使用橡胶软管等绝缘体吊挂）；高压电缆线及软管类如在地上拖拉，易使其损坏。

12，喷嘴前端于被涂物工件的距离一定要保持150mm以上：

13，如使用绝缘台时要与周围物体相距300mm以上，需要触摸时，要先将控制箱的电源切断并接地后才可触摸；电抵抗值低的涂料于电线通电一样，接触涂料容器时有受到电击的危险；面向通路的场所，必须设置有接地的安全栅，避免一般作业者误触。
