1，高压静电发生器必须要接地线：

1, the high voltage electrostatic generator must be connected to the ground line:

高压静电发生器接地线是安全作业基本，静电喷枪的地线也取自高压静电发生器，所以应确认着实接地。

The grounding line of the high voltage electrostatic generator is basically safe. The earth wire of the electrostatic spray gun is also taken from the high-voltage electrostatic generator, so the earthing should be confirmed.

2，被涂物要总保持接地状态：

2, the coated material should always keep the ground state:

被涂物一般由输送机接地，但吊具的接触部分如有涂料附着时会使导电不良，被涂物带电，易发生火花，成为火灾的原因；因此要定期实施吊具附着涂料的清除。

The coating is usually conveyer to the ground, but the contact part of the hanger, if the coating is attached, will make electrical conduction bad, be charged with the coating, easily spark, and become the cause of the fire; therefore, it is necessary to carry out the cleaning of the hangers regularly.

3，涂装室内的金属物体要全部接地：

3, the metal objects in the painting room should be all grounded:

涂装室内因高电压使喷涂机周围的空气离子化，不接地的金属物体带电后有发生火花的危险；因此在涂装室内的喷涂机安装台或安全栅等金属物质要确实连接地线。另外不使用的涂料罐、工具等金属物体请勿放置在涂装室内。

In the coating room, the air is ionized around the spraying machine because of high voltage, and the ungrounded metal objects are charged with the danger of sparking. Therefore, the metal material such as the installation desk of the spraying machine or the safety grid in the painting room must be connected to the ground wire. Besides, do not use metal objects such as paint cans, tools, etc. not placed in the painting room.

注意：接地是静电安全最重要的一个方面，所有导电项目都需要接地。

Attention: grounding is the most important aspect of electrostatic safety. All conductive items need grounding.

4，作业时要空手操作静电喷枪：

4, to operate an electrostatic spray gun with an empty hand during the operation.

静电喷枪的握把部分经控制箱接地。尽管如此，如带手套作业人体也会带电，如接触其他接地物体会受到电击；所以带手套作业时，手掌部分要开一个洞。

The grip part of the electrostatic spray gun is grounded by the control box. In spite of this, the human body will be charged with gloves, such as contact with other grounding objects, which will be struck by electric shock; so the hand part of the hand is opened in a hole with gloves.

5，作业时要穿皮底鞋或静电鞋：

涂装室周围的空气离子化，如穿橡胶底或合成树脂底的鞋，人体也会带电，接触接有地线的安全物体时会受到电击；从事静电喷涂作业时为使静电不能滞留，须穿用静电鞋并要经常注意勿使涂料块附着在静电鞋上。

The air ionization around the painting room, such as shoes with rubber bottom or synthetic resin bottom, will be charged by the human body and contact with a safe object with ground wire.

6，清洗喷嘴时必须将控制箱的电源开关关闭并将前端接地线后再进行；洗喷嘴时如发生高压静电，会成为火灾的原因。作业中断或作业结束时必须将电源开关关闭。

6, when the nozzle is cleaned, the power switch of the control box must be shut down and the front end line is carried out again. When the nozzle is washed, the high voltage static electricity will be the cause of the fire. The power switch must be closed when the operation is interrupted or at the end of the operation.

7，清洗喷嘴时禁止使用金属刷子：

7, metal brushes are forbidden to be used when cleaning the nozzle:

喷嘴时静电喷枪的生命，如使用金属刷子会损伤喷嘴，将不能得到均匀的喷雾状态，所以请使用随机附带的毛刷。

When the nozzle is used, the life of the electrostatic spray gun, such as the use of metal brush, will damage the nozzles and will not get uniform spray. So please use random brush.

8，静电喷枪本体，高压电缆及软管类，请勿浸泡于溶剂内；静电喷涂机是电气机械，随便浸泡于溶剂内会成为故障原因。

8, electrostatic spray gun body, high-voltage cable and hose, do not soak in the solvent; electrostatic spraying machine is electrical machinery, casually immersed in the solvent will be the cause of failure.

9，高压电线及软管类请勿在地上拖拉，尽量吊挂在顶棚或墙壁上（使用静电喷枪时涂料软管要使用橡胶软管等绝缘体吊挂）；高压电缆线及软管类如在地上拖拉，易使其损坏。

9, high pressure wire and hose do not drag on the ground, as far as possible to hang on the ceiling or wall (using an electrostatic spray gun paint hose to use rubber hose, such as rubber hose hanger); high pressure cable and hose, such as in the ground drag, easy to damage.

10，涂装室内需要安装排气装置（通风管道、排风扇）；

11，空气过滤器、空气压缩机等的冷凝水要充分排放：

11, the condensate of air filters and air compressors should be fully discharged.

空气内有水分时会造成喷涂不良及报警器的蜂鸣、安全回路动作，所以对水分要充分过滤并排放。

Moisture in the air can cause bad spray and alarm buzz and safety loop action, so the water should be filtered and discharged.

12，喷嘴前端于被涂物工件的距离一定要保持150mm以上：

12, the distance between the front end of the nozzle and the coated workpiece must be 150mm or more.

在构造上，静电喷涂机的喷嘴一般在接近地线时，喷嘴的电位会自动降低，但将涂料泵绝缘使用（金属涂料、木工涂料、水溶剂涂料等电抵抗值的涂料）时，泵的电位不会降低，固有发生大的火花的可能。

In structure, when the nozzle of the electrostatic spraying machine is generally near the ground line, the potential of the nozzle will automatically decrease, but the potential of the pump will not be reduced when the coating pump is insulated from the electrical resistance of metal coating, carpenter coating and water solvent coating.

13，如使用绝缘台时要与周围物体相距300mm以上，需要触摸时，要先将控制箱的电源切断并接地后才可触摸；电抵抗值低的涂料于电线通电一样，接触涂料容器时有受到电击的危险；面向通路的场所，必须设置有接地的安全栅，避免一般作业者误触。

13, if the insulation platform should be more than 300mm with the surrounding object when it is used, when touch is needed, the power supply of the control box should be cut off and the ground can be touched. Avoid the mistake of the general practitioners.

14，为预防万一，要常备灭火器。

14, in case of prevention, keep the fire extinguisher.
