静电喷枪喷涂之安全管理

1，高压静电发生器必须要接地线：

1, the high-voltage electrostatic generator must connect to the ground.

高压静电发生器接地线是安全作业基本，静电喷枪的地线也取自高压静电发生器，所以应确认着实接地。

The grounding wire of high voltage electrostatic generator is the basis of safe operation, and the grounding wire of electrostatic spray gun is also taken from high voltage electrostatic generator, so the actual grounding should be confirmed.

2，被涂物要总保持接地状态：

2, the coating should always be grounded.

被涂物一般由输送机接地，但吊具的接触部分如有涂料附着时会使导电不良，被涂物带电，易发生火花，成为火灾的原因；因此要定期实施吊具附着涂料的清除。

Generally, the painted objects are grounded by conveyors, but the contact parts of hangers, if coatings adhere, will cause poor conductivity, be coated with electricity, easy to spark, become the cause of fire; therefore, it is necessary to regularly implement the removal of coatings attached to hangers.

3，涂装室内的金属物体要全部接地：

3, all metal objects in the painting room should be grounded.

涂装室内因高电压使喷涂机周围的空气离子化，不接地的金属物体带电后有发生火花的危险；因此在涂装室内的喷涂机安装台或安全栅等金属物质要确实连接地线。另外不使用的涂料罐、工具等金属物体请勿放置在涂装室内。

The air around the spraying machine is ionized by high voltage in the painting room, and there is a danger of sparks when the non-grounded metal objects are charged; therefore, the metal materials such as spraying machine mounting table or safety grid in the painting room should be connected to the ground wire. Besides, do not use metal objects such as paint cans, tools, etc. not placed in the painting room.

注意：接地是静电安全最重要的一个方面，所有导电项目都需要接地。

Attention: grounding is the most important aspect of electrostatic safety. All conductive items need grounding.

4，作业时要空手操作静电喷枪：

4, operate the electrostatic spray gun empty handed.

静电喷枪的握把部分经控制箱接地。尽管如此，如带手套作业人体也会带电，如接触其他接地物体会受到电击；所以带手套作业时，手掌部分要开一个洞。

The grip part of the electrostatic spray gun is grounded through the control box. Nevertheless, if you work with gloves, the human body will also be charged, if you touch other ground objects will be shocked; so when you work with gloves, the palm part of the hand to open a hole.

5，作业时要穿皮底鞋或静电鞋：

涂装室周围的空气离子化，如穿橡胶底或合成树脂底的鞋，人体也会带电，接触接有地线的安全物体时会受到电击；从事静电喷涂作业时为使静电不能滞留，须穿用静电鞋并要经常注意勿使涂料块附着在静电鞋上。

6，清洗喷嘴时必须将控制箱的电源开关关闭并将前端接地线后再进行；洗喷嘴时如发生高压静电，会成为火灾的原因。作业中断或作业结束时必须将电源开关关闭。

6. When cleaning the nozzle, the power switch of the control box must be closed and the front end grounded before it is carried out. If high voltage static electricity occurs during the cleaning of the nozzle, it will be the cause of the fire. The power switch must be closed when the operation is interrupted or at the end of the operation.

7，清洗喷嘴时禁止使用金属刷子：

喷嘴时静电喷枪的生命，如使用金属刷子会损伤喷嘴，将不能得到均匀的喷雾状态，所以请使用随机附带的毛刷。

The life of the electrostatic spray gun when using the nozzle, such as the use of metal brush will damage the nozzle, will not be able to get a uniform spray state, so please use a random attached brush.

8，静电喷枪本体，高压电缆及软管类，请勿浸泡于溶剂内；静电喷涂机是电气机械，随便浸泡于溶剂内会成为故障原因。

8. Electrostatic spraying gun body, high voltage cable and hose, please do not immerse in the solvent; electrostatic spraying machine is electrical machinery, impregnated in the solvent will become the cause of failure.

9，高压电线及软管类请勿在地上拖拉，尽量吊挂在顶棚或墙壁上（使用静电喷枪时涂料软管要使用橡胶软管等绝缘体吊挂）；高压电缆线及软管类如在地上拖拉，易使其损坏。

9. Do not drag high-voltage wires and hoses on the ground, as far as possible hanging on the ceiling or wall (use static spray gun paint hoses to use rubber hoses and other insulators hanging); high-voltage cable and hoses such as dragging on the ground, easy to damage.

10，涂装室内需要安装排气装置（通风管道、排风扇）；

11，空气过滤器、空气压缩机等的冷凝水要充分排放：

11, the condensate of air filters and air compressors should be fully discharged.

空气内有水分时会造成喷涂不良及报警器的蜂鸣、安全回路动作，所以对水分要充分过滤并排放。

Water in the air will cause poor spraying and alarm buzzing, safety loop action, so water should be fully filtered and discharged.

12，喷嘴前端于被涂物工件的距离一定要保持150mm以上：

12, the distance between the front end of the nozzle and the coated workpiece must be 150mm or more.

在构造上，静电喷涂机的喷嘴一般在接近地线时，喷嘴的电位会自动降低，但将涂料泵绝缘使用（金属涂料、木工涂料、水溶剂涂料等电抵抗值的涂料）时，泵的电位不会降低，固有发生大的火花的可能。

Structurally, the nozzle of electrostatic spraying machine generally close to the ground wire, the potential of the nozzle will automatically reduce, but the coating pump insulation (metal coatings, woodworking coatings, water-soluble coatings and other electrical resistance values of coatings), the potential of the pump will not reduce, the inherent possibility of large sparks.

13，如使用绝缘台时要与周围物体相距300mm以上，需要触摸时，要先将控制箱的电源切断并接地后才可触摸；电抵抗值低的涂料于电线通电一样，接触涂料容器时有受到电击的危险；面向通路的场所，必须设置有接地的安全栅，避免一般作业者误触。

13. If the insulating platform is to be more than 300 mm apart from the surrounding objects and the power supply of the control box must be cut off and grounded before touching when touching, the paint with low resistance value will be in danger of being shocked when contacting the paint container like the electric wire, and the safety grating with grounding must be installed in the place facing the access channel. Avoid the general operator's mistake.

14，为预防万一，要常备灭火器。
