静电喷枪是以接地被涂物为正电极,涂料雾化装装置为负电极,并将涂料雾化装置带高负电压,在二极间制成静电界,使雾化涂料粒子带负电,使涂料有效地被吸着于相反电极的被物面上的方法谓之静电涂装。那么为什么将被涂物作为正极而涂料雾化装置作成负极呢?乃因此相反时,其转移为火花放电较难不安全的缘故。 Electrostatic spraying gun is a method of electrostatic coating, in which the ground coating is positive electrode, the coating atomizing device is negative electrode, and the coating atomizing device is high negative voltage. The electrostatic boundary is made between the two poles, so that the atomizing coating particles are negatively charged and the coating is effectively absorbed on the surface of the opposite electrode. So why is it that the coating is used as a positive electrode while the coating atomizer is used as a negative electrode? On the contrary, the transfer is due to the difficulty and insecurity of spark discharge. |
