静电喷漆是以被涂物为正电极,日常情景下接地;涂料雾化装置为负电极,接电源负高压,这样在两极就酿成了高压静电场。由于在阴极孕育发生电晕放电,可使喷出的涂料介质带电,并进一步雾化。遵照“同性相斥,异性相吸”的原理,已带电的涂料介质受电场力(F=扭)的作用下,涂料对被涂物形成环抱效果,沿电力线定向地流向带正电的被涂物外观,堆积成一层平均、附着牢固的薄膜。静电喷漆技术也可采用正极性电晕放电,但负极性电晕放电的临界电压较正极性电晕放电低,又较为稳定、不易孕育发生火花。在通常情景下将被涂物作为正极接地。 Electrostatic spray painting takes the coating as positive electrode, which is grounded in daily situations; the paint atomizing device is negative electrode, which is connected to the power supply with negative high voltage, thus creating a high-voltage electrostatic field at the two poles. Because of corona discharge in the cathode, the spraying coating medium can be charged and further atomized. According to the principle of "same-sex repulsion, opposite-sex absorption", under the action of electric field force (F = torsion), the charged coating medium forms an encircling effect on the coating, and flows along the power line to the appearance of the coating with positive electricity, and piles up into an average and firmly adhered film. Electrostatic spray painting technology can also use positive corona discharge, but the critical voltage of negative corona discharge is lower than that of positive corona discharge, which is more stable and not easy to generate sparks. Under normal circumstances, the coating will be grounded as a positive electrode. |
