| 一、目的与范围 First, purpose and scope 为了提高面漆车身的外观质量，使静电喷枪能够得到正确使用和维护保养并有效发挥其功能，确保按照涂装作业安全技术要求有效地连续生产，以降低涂装制造成本，特制定本办法。本办法适用于涂装车间面漆工段。 In order to improve the appearance quality of finish body, the electrostatic spray gun can be properly used and maintained and effectively play its function, to ensure that in accordance with the requirements of safety technology for painting effectively continuous production, in order to reduce the manufacturing cost of painting, formulated. The measures are applicable to the finish coat section of coating shop. 二、职责 Two, responsibilities 1、喷漆工负责按规定进行操作和维护保养，在使用当中若有不正常现象或出现问题时应立即向作业指导员进行报告，在必要时可立即先关掉电源。 1.
