误区一:喷枪电压越高,上粉越快越好。

(1)根据静电喷涂的基本物理原理我可以知道,当充电电压逾越一定数值时反而会激化 “ 法拉第效应 ”和“ 反电离效应 ” 发生,更加影响上粉率。

(1) 有些操作员认为工件的形状简单,所以不需要性能很好的喷枪。事实上性能好的喷枪不仅仅是对形状的适应能力强,更重要的出粉状态的均匀水平会实现更好的表观涂层和上粉率。并且上粉率高了会节约粉末,降低生产成本。

充电性能好的喷枪,由于能够给喷出的粉末颗粒充上足量的静电荷,从而使粉末颗粒之间获得足够的相互间的静电排斥力,这样的粉末离开喷枪后粉末颗粒之间不粘连,呈现出非常好的雾化状态,从侧面看,会感到粉末均匀透明度高,造成“ 出粉少 ” 错觉。而充电性能不好的喷枪喷出的粉末,粉末颗粒之间没有足够的静电排斥力,粉末颗粒之间成片粘连、雾化效果不好,从喷枪的正面看,喷出的粉末透明度低,往往造成“ 出粉多 ” 假象。
