Daily maintenance of electrostatic spray gun

    1 将喷枪对准喷涂室，吹扫喷枪。应将喷枪中的粉末沉积物吹干净，这样在次喷涂时最大限度地避免粉末沉积和冲粉；

    2:切断系统气源和电源；

    a. 喷涂时出粉末流量不稳定，喷涂图案不均匀：

The powder flow rate is unstable during A. spraying, and the spray pattern is uneven.

    1)原因为喷粉管磨损 — 更换喷粉管；

1) the reason is the powder tube wear - changing the powder spraying pipe.

    2)粉管或喷枪堵塞 — 吹扫喷枪，拆下喷嘴进行清洁。断开粉末进料软管与喷枪的连接，使用喷气枪吹扫粉末喷枪。断开进料软管与粉末泵和喷枪的连接，吹扫进料软管。更换被粉末堵塞的进料软管。拆解并清洁粉末泵。必要时更换喷枪组件；

2) powder tube or spray gun blockage - purge spray gun, remove nozzle to clean. Disconnect the powder feeding hose from the spray gun, and use the jet gun to blow the powder spray gun. Disconnect the feed hose from the powder pump and spray gun, and sweep the feed hose. Replace the powder feeding hose. Disassemble and clean powder pump. Replace the spray gun assembly when necessary.

    b. 操作时喷枪无规律地间断性工作:

    供粉泵接头的O 型圈损坏 — 更换O 型圈；

    3)喷枪的开关故障 — 需要更换喷枪开关。

    以上只是列举的部分在喷涂过程中喷枪会产生的一些故障，静电喷涂由于其设备的特殊性，有许多不同的故障因素可能存在，不能一一罗列，所以对于喷枪的日常保养和维护是十分必要的。
