原理: Principle: 静电喷枪是以接地被涂物为正电极,涂料雾化装装置为负电极,并将涂料雾化装置带高负电压,在二极间制成静电界,使雾化涂料粒子带负电,使涂料有效地被吸着于相反电极的被物面上的方法谓之静电涂装。那么为什么将被涂物作为正极而涂料雾化装置作成负极呢?乃因此相反时,其转移为火花放电较难不安全的缘故。 Electrostatic spraying gun is a method of electrostatic coating, in which the ground coating is positive electrode, the coating atomizing device is negative electrode, and the coating atomizing device is high negative voltage.
